The
Foundation for Peace and Solidarity,
is setting up funding to create programmes
for youths to turn away from un-peaceful activities and move towards
the promotion of the culture of peace. Amongst other plans, it hopes
to organise at least 3000 youths to take
part in a peace march around the city of Yaounde. (“WE THE PEOPLES” INITIATIVE
