We are writing to request that you issue a proclamation in our state for the International Day of Peace on September 21.

This is the 25th Annual celebration of this global occasion. Last September 21, Peace Day activities and events took place all across the United States and in 98 other countries. This year the International Day of Peace will be celebrated all around the world.
